1 drop Ylang Ylang
2 drops Orange
2 drops Idaho Blue Spruce
2 drops Grapefruit
Adjust these drops as needed for your preference. You can substitute Geranium for Ylang Ylang and Northern Lights Black Spruce for the Idaho.
This blend has power! Total power to calm me down when I feel like my emotions are taking control. The citrus is uplifting and calming. Tree oils ground you but the Idaho Blue Spruce has this warm mellow smell that doesn’t overpower you. And flower oils are joyous and uplifting. Think of blooms popping open.
You can run around the house finding all the oils or triple the recipe and put them in a dropper bottle by your diffuser. Then it’s ready to go when you need it. Just add 5-6 drops to your diffuser, add water and ahhhh.
